Business Finance is wonderful yet threatning

One of my 1st semester subject is Business Finance. I should say that its the best and most interesting subject out of the 4 subjects im doing currently at University of Melbourne. But what is pretty sad though is, from a point where i was thinking of an H1 for this subjects, i ve have come down to a level of trying to make sure i pass this subjects with out any hassel.

The change is not because of an interest drop, but partly because of my quantitative confidence and the way grading is structured. I sometimes feel marking is always too harsh here at uni melb.

Had two wonderful and exciting profs, Dr.Sean and Dr.Chandar. Both of them we highly interesting to listen to. Dr.Sean was very fast paced. He had so many points to utter in each of his sentences. Even before I could take note of one of his points, he would have finished saying 5 to 6 more points . And the other prof, Prof. Chandarsekar was medium paced with excellent explanations.

I m going to sit for finance exam next month. from the looks of it this seems to be a subjects which trips students..and there is clear indication as to how the marking would be too, from our assignment results...so caught up in a situation where im boosting up myself about for facing the finace exam.
