I read Martin Luther king,Jr`s immortal words today

Can we make a difference in this world ,if so,how?,and in the worst case should we?,if this thought pops in our minds ,doesn`t it make us believe that our mind is a mystery box. Think what sort of world we would have been in if the greats like ,Martin Luther King,Jr or Mahatma Ghandhi never existed.
