More Responsibilities....

Mmmm,Seems that ill be taking up more responsbility ,When i heard it first up in the morning from head ,it was like yeah great i ve to make it fun and challenging, I really want it to go well.. .Now I fear of being bold.More the responsibilty the better the chances for good performance.Just want to share this quote from Micheal Jordan:-
