"Internal Check" for a successful organization
Want to throw some light on "internal check",which normally would occupy pages in any Auditingbooks. It is one of those theoratical concept which one could directly see happening in an organization.Essentially in a sales oriented culture, the internal check could be as follows,
1)Penetration of accounts or clients by sellors through a seperate department analysing business oppotunities.
2)A program (inhouse CRM software) which can be used as a record for every move with a client or follow up with a client.
3)Breaking up the whole process of cutting a deal into small parts where each executive could concentrate on their on ,while ensuring that their function automatically happens to be a check in proceeding further.
For example :
If there is an executive who would firstly understand a clients need (lets say for research reports),the understanding could be passed on to an Account executive ,who then would try to validate the company`s offering for the clients need.
Now using the CRM both these actions` flow could be effectively updated. And the analysis team could look into the details of the conversation by the Account Executive and bring out the review or scrutinize the opportunity with this particular client. This way any revenue prediction could be helped in a structured way.
This maximises the business opportunities.Rather than just givinga try for a sale and being on tenterhooks....

Interesting blog - keep up the good work. If I may make a suggestion - I think the blog entries may be easier to read if they weren't center-centered. Not sure if it is just me, but I feel a little disoriented reading anything that is not right-centered. Cheers,
Thanks sorebrek for the suggestion,I ve done it now .....
