The words of a charismatic minister from a struggling state in India

Politics will always have its own twists and turns twined with comedy ,may be thats why it justifies itself as a dirty game.In these lines I would like to throw light about the great demeanor or should I say the spontaneous attitudes of a leader in a much under developed state in India.

For the ones who doesn`t know him ,its non other than Smt.Lallu prasad,when in the recently held election was coming to a close , happened to see an interview of his on T.V,
when he was asked what he has done dramatically to his people and how well he has developed the state! He replied ,what sort of growth or development was left behind by his predessecors for him to build on it,to say whatever is done is by his mastery only.Gosh!what a reply it was.Looking at the state of Bihar one would only want to reinvent the state.

Forget this issue, but a responsible leader cannot disassociated accountability.

I thought if one would apply this same thought to an organization ,saying what was left developed for me to develop the organization,how will it be received!!!!
The whole idea where ever it is and whatever office it is ,it`ll be to drive growth and make sure that everbody is living a happy life full of joy ,right.Whether it`s an economic growth indicator or socio welfare indicator.The development is driven by socially responsible and accountable people.
