Sublime to the ridiculous in the form of lecturers

Interestingly there are some lectures who really make classes go rock bottom. Painfully boring is what one remebers of them. Co incidentally the two of the least interesting lecturers for me were both women. Students struggled to make sense out of what they said, their explanations came directly from the text book, didn't find anything wrong with that, but some spice in the class was always missing. It was/is like one will walk into the class with less expectations and leave it with even lessor understanding.

Students often sounded like the nations tax payers who complian about how their money is utilized, in these class room sessions.

This contrast is even more evident when one attends classes of Dr. Sean Pinder, Asso.Prof. Axel or Asso.Prof. Micheal Davern. One would have to prepare, and wait with anxiety for their classes. Each session would be intellectually stimulating and challenging. The gap between the best and the rest here is like the divide between rich and the unfortunate poor.

The subjects which are made less interesting are often some of the importants ones, the best thing is these 2nd string lecturers have done their phds..and have been teaching the same subject for couple of years..makes one think, why is the class still feels lost..{'*_*'}. Guess it sums up why students sometimes select subjects not based on content but based on the lecturer. The best ones names always gets popularized through word of mouth, while the opposite happens at a large scale to the rest.
