12 weeks of 2nd semester is over- Peak study period

What an experience the 2nd semester has been. The thing which i can remember now, when i look back is the 1st class i attended this semester in july, the rest of the period has just passed by at a briskly.

Exams are startig from the 6- 22nd of November, for most of the undergrad students it is already under way.

"Strategic cost management" turned out to be a cracker of a subject and Prof. Axel was a power house. Worries about the uncrackable of this subject's exam still looms. Each sum is not without its twist, which usually takes 1 hour to tackle, but during exam it has to be done in 15 mins or so..oops

"Service and Relationship Marketing" was interesting towards the end. It painted the picture of reality in service encounters,delivery and recovery. Intially i thought it was so geneic, later saw subtle meanings in those generic facts.

"Information Architecture" was a key subject with vey little take away. Concepts on XML,SOA and EA and related guest lectures were good.

"Project Management" - Hindsight, would have preferred not to do it. Could have just read the book in understanding the whole thing.

Overall the next challenge would be to tackle the exam. what a way to end the semester if one ends it with flying colors.
Melbourne uni unbelievably offers just 5 subjects during summer..which is a shame. No way i could imagine how they could settle in for such a low number. more on exams...as i move ahead...
