Australian Open- Saw the great man roger federer

I happened to accidently watch australian open on the 21st sunday.
It was a delight to see the great man roger federer's post match interview with jim courier. As humble as a person could get Roger is truly remarkable. The difference between prices for other arenas and rod laver arena was 29$ and 60$. My luck turned out that i got to see his last point since i had the 29$ pass and not the 60$ one.

I kind of realize that there is a huge difference in interest between watching ones country or a seeded player play, Its totally a different feeling. There were some one sided doubles matches played too, with mardi fish featuring in one of those. Watching matches on a tv is very comfortable specially if there is no screens available in the court. But rod laver arena has 2 giant screens and it is the place to host a player like roger.

Also, Maria sharapova practicing in indoor courts was quite funny. Its known that her dad alwasy accompany's her in most tours, but quite confusing why a player of her stature would not use the outdoor practice courts.:

All in all the tournament seems to be nicely set up for a grand finish..with roger and nadal advancing.

Every moment spent watching live australian tennis made me think why i haven't become an athlete in life but yet another book worm in pursuit of studies or so called knowledge..mannnn!!!
