Computer labs reopen and the great Indian cricket loss

The computer labs at the university have reopened after a 10 days holiday period. It becomes pretty difficult when the labs are closed, as the only place which one could think of for internet is Victoria state library.

Without much choice, following the cricket matches is must do thing during summer in Australia. The one sided ashes thrashing has been a bitter disappointment. By and large world cricket these days is turning out to be mostly one sided.

The recent Indian cricket showdown has been purely inexplicable. I think its high time media kept their mouth shut whether its praising or degrading indian cricket. Don't think Indian media does any favour to Indian cricket through thick and thin. They are just focussed on dissecting each petty issues the team encounters. Starting from team selection to on the field performance it has been a dreadful display by team India. Talking about performance, guess, Australian cricket is the prime example of how meritocracy should be employed while Indian cricket depicts how it shouldn't be.

I hope the one day series against west indies turns out to be a good one. Otherwise what sunny had already told at the end of the one day series against South Africa is what is to be done.
